Since about a week I am testing System 26 (S26) from Forexbarometer.com. This is a very special EA that optimizes itself every few minutes.

It uses a second instance of MT4 for optimization, writes the results to an HTM file, that is read by the S26 EA that is installed in the first instance of MT4.

So far not much profit yet but loads of trades. Through an introducing broker, like 'The Aslan Group' or Cashbackforex, you will still be able to earn quite  a lot of money if the EA is having a difficult time to make money itself  Shocked

According to the statements on Forexbarometer .com this EA should be able to more then double your account in two weeks time, using average settings. This sounds almost too good to be true, but I will give S26 a chance, greedy as I am  Wink

Be aware this is not a Clickbank product, so no refunds.

I won't show any mt4stats for S26 because I am using it on a multi-EA account with lots of 'noise'.

Hi ForexPopko,

I’m not sure, but this system looks pretty much a copy of ISEA.
May it be possible that you post any stats-link from your demo-test ?

Many thanks in advance  Smiley

Golddigger is my account but shows also trades from FAPTurbo, megadroid, EAzeGor and WinaLot. Like I said: A lot of noise.

Maybe S26 is a copy ISEA, or vice versa. I can not tell due to the limited information I can retrieve from the Internet with respect to ISEA.

At least the price for S26 is only about 15% of the price of discounted ISEA robot  Grin

Looks nice. I guess there is no way to backtest it. I'll follow your progress for sure.

Also looks like you have a terrible time with WinaLot Smiley

Hi ForexPopko,

But looking at your stats I would say S26 is profitable. Does it trade EURCHF only, or can it be used on other pairs too. Does it depend a lot of broker and spread ?
BTW - What broker you’re using ?
I would have to use all the time a second platform, where the EA runs it’s own optimization or just let’s say once a week ?

Thanks in advance   Smiley

Reading the info on the website I figured it started its own optimization MT4 every 15 minutes (configurable).

S26 is profitable. According to the developer EURCHF is the most profitable pair at the moment, but S26 can use any pair as long as the spread is not too high.

I use Alpari UK who has a spread of 3 pips at daytime and 5 pips at night for EURCHF.

I do not know what you mean by having to have a second platform. You need a second instance of MT4 that runs on the same hardware platform and is started every few minutes for optimization. The frequency for optimization is configurable. You can also start automization by hand and then you do not need to have a second instance of MT4 installed.

Hope this answers your questions.

ForexPopko

Do you have any stats or summary you can give, apart from "is profitable"; like how profitable has it been for you?

There is also MACD-X from the same stable...any views?

ForexPopko, please could you explain this auto-optimisation thing and how it works? I am getting confused with all this talk of second MT4s restarting every few minutes for optimisation Huh

Cheers

Hmmm  Shocked

Keeping an eye on this one, I like the idea of continual optimization.

Also i hear its a complete byatch to setup initially any feedback on this part of the EA, getting it running etc out of the box so to speak?

Cheers dude.

Happy Trading.

Hi guys,

I asked the creators of these 2 EA’s the following:

Which EA would you recommend for the current market S26 or the MACD EA ?

MACD-X.
It is much simpler, not sensitive to spreads/news/filtration,
may be used with more instruments (currency pairs) and finally delivers more profit in straightforward, logic manner.

The only MACD-X weak side, it is tested for shorter time and we have no so many profitable statements for that as we have for S26, but MACD-X
is more universal and more fit to modern Forex market.

Hmm – so anyone got this one and can show some stats ?  Huh

Thanks
