2 brokers with zero divide errors and no resolution from support as yet and not a peep out of 3rd broker.
OK, since the release of the EA I've been bombarded with emails so I think it's bed that I address them in an email to everyone so that everyone is clear about the EA's operation and how to overcome the 3 main issues I see facing people:1) No trades - The EA will only place trades when there is a valid arb opportunity present. When the market is flat, there will most likely be few to no trades. Since market volatility is finally picking back up after about 45 days of being stagnant, trade volume will increase along with it. No volatility = no opportunities. As per the manual:Will the EA trade every day?No, sometimes the EA can go for a week without placing a trade. IT will only trade when there is a valid arbitrage opportunity available.2) Incorrect value in risk per arb - This is most likely caused by starting a demo account (or live account) and then switching to a new one with the same platform. A lot of the variables are stored as global variables in the platform to protect you from things like power outages and windows update restarting your PC or VPS. To this end, they must all be cleared before using another account in the same platform. As per the manual:To protect you from power outages, windows update restarts and platform restarts, a lot of the EA’s variables are stored as global variables in your platform. If you use your platform on a new account, but the same platform you will need to clear all global variables before proceeding. In the top menu go to Tools > Global VariablesSelect all Global Variables and delete.3) The info box is empty - This is almost always caused by incorrect email / password and/or a failed authentication due to slow network or network connectivity issues. The resolution is simple.Remove the EA.Close the platform.Restart the platform.Reapply the EA.The info box will appear, show 'system loaded successfully' below 'StatArb Pro EA', briefly flash off as the information is updated and come back on.4) Critical Error in the experts tab - This is a permissions error, not an EA error. This can be solved by running the platform with administrator privileges. We solved this initially by requiring less permissions by the EA, so if you don't have the most recent copy, download it.Lastly, I am asked to visit many different forums on a daily basis. I simply do not have the time at the moment to deal with all of the support that come in via email, do my own trading and client management, and visit all the forums. Asking your questions there, may or may not yield the correct answer. We've got some very sharp traders in the crowd, but I really don't know who's answering what question, and where. As I've asked many times, please ask on the member forum or via the support email / page. I will very gladly get your issues resolved immediately. While I do understand that on a forum, I can reach a lot of people, you are free to share my answers anywhere you please.I left the forum scene a while back as it's rife with people just wanting to start trouble. Frankly, I don't have time to answer those people, yet I always find myself answering them anyway. It's a waste of my time, which I can spend in other ways, like improving the system, enhancing your experience, developing the new systems and on various other self-improvement tasks and education that are a much greater benefit to me.That's not to say the support isn't there if you ask for it via the proper channels. I'm always there. Through the weekends, in airports… I even stopped a run earlier today to answer an email on my iPhone. I'm a fanatic about making sure that you're up and running smoothly. I just need to know about it. Going through the proper channels will ensure that I know about it.Thanks again and happy trading!McLean

So has *anyone* had a trade with the ea yet? It's been ten days of nothing for me. Pretty underwhelmed.
Anyone knows which brokers has NOKJPY pair?
