I am new to Donna Forex and have been reading through many threads. I find the discussion on the phibase thread to be very constructive and neat. The EA was also analysed and checked for cheat codes by senior members here.
I have been running phibase since mid Feb and have experienced one of the best customer support ever (apart from some great performance ;) ).
I am not nominating based on the performance of the EA, but solely for the good attempt the vendor has been making in trying to make users understand the strategy and for the fantastic support being offered. I think the vendor meets all the requirements (a bit more, if I may say so).
I may add here that I am just one of the happy customers and do not receive any benefits from the vendor (apart from the reward points promised for feedback/suggestions :-* - do not know what these reward points will translate to finally, but I think it is some thing that is common to all users)

I like to nominate 3WAY2WIN - www.3way2win.com.
they use clickbank which makes 60 days money back, the EA runs live (profitable) since Feb 2012, their reaction time is < 8 hours and the EA is profitable so far. They are a German/Netherlands/US team. 2 versions of the EA - one bundled with a new FinFx account, one for any account.
pro: H4 time frame, non-scalper, no martingale or similar,
con: expensive, not many trades, only one licence / account per purchase
