just to update you guys.

my EURJPY basket went to level 16 and the DD to 38% and FE just closed this basket with a nice profit.

AMAZING!!!

well done FE  :D

Good to hear, atleast you didnt panic like I did last week.

I learnt it is best not to look at how envy trade, it would only make you nervious and do something you are not supposed to do.

I seen mine at level 16 or 17 and no way I could sleep, guess what, I fell asleep, woke up and I saw it made a really nice profit.

FE is not for the faint hearted :-[

I'm finding since yesterday my short cycle pairs aren't running on v2.1 with TradeFort.  I have the smily face on all short cycle charts.  I've reloaded my MT4 etc.  I had FATP on True on these charts last week.  Over the weekend after TE's email I turned FATP to False on short cycle pairs except for EURUSD and GBPUSD.  It's not taking any short cycle trades on any pairs yet this week though.  Why would that be, any ideas?

To be honnest, I did panic;
but I took it easy when I saw BB's reply that DD of 22% is nothing for FE.

I trust BB, he is very experienced & helpful.

thank you all for your participation to make Envy better.

Longs trading OK?

Yes longs are trading ok.  I have shorts and longs in two differnt MT4 instances though.  I keep looking at all the EA and MT4 settings, I can't see what it is.

Don't understand why you are doing that split thing???
As an IT guy I can't see any advantage.
Please recheck that the Tools/Options/EAs tab is set up correctly on the MT4 you are running your Shorts on and that you have enabled EAs.
Check that you can do manual trades on the Shorts MT4.
Try to mod the SL or TP on an existing Open Order on the Shorts MT4.

And look under your experts tab if there are any messages.

It's ok now.  Very strange though.  Two weekends in a row now my FE .dll file simply disappears from the Experts>Libraries folder.  I wonder if Malwarebytes is removing it or something like that.  Anyway, just replaced the DLL and all is fine.  What's funny also is the DLL was missing on the long pairs MT4 and yet it was running.  Bizarro.

edit:  BB - no technical reason I split them out.  It's just easier for me to not mix up the long and short charts when FATP'ing the short charts (which happens more regularly than the longs).

Thanks for the tip and suggestion.  I use a netbook to view my VPS so my screen is small, that's why it's better for me.  No time right now at work, I'll log in from home tonight and check the log files.  It must be Malwarebytes.  I'm not running an AV on my VPS, just anti-malware.  I definitely didn't manually delete the DLL.

:'( I noticed no EJ (edit: short cycle I know the long cycle isn't working yet)  trades open and no new trades for 4 hours so restarted and now all charts stuck on the Initialization process.  It's going to completely screw my testing up.  I assume it's a server issue - anyone else still having issues or find a fix?

just to confirm, am I correct that the lot sizes in Envy are only controlled by the set files? i.e. the account balance has no effect?

Thanks

PS still in negative balance but its slowly and surely coming back

This is why I would close membership (I would not give these ppl a chance to trade a such innovative EA).  If it's going to be as profitable as TE's myfxbook statement and BB's comments, then why keep an open membership?  You can make money from the existing user base.  Obviously, with the results in TE's statement they don't need other money (I know it's a cent account, but still).

I always wonder why vendors keep open memberships if they have something that we'll make them a ton of money...

Thanks

V 2.1 set files
V 3.0 lot size depends from risk setting, laverage and balance (equity)
