I've been running the TFOT 8.0 and upgraded to the TFOT 9.0 Multi-currency when it was released. While it's still early, so far it's been performing pretty well. Please find the below link:
http://www.myfxbook.com/members/Cartmanizm/tfot-80/671096

Note I do have the standard trading size set at 0.50 lots which is much higher than normal risk for an account size that I have. Hope this helps :)

good for you. vendors account didnt look good....

best regards

I am very surprised about these results because TFOT does not run on GBPUSD, XPTUSD & USDJPY.
Who is this account for ?

I am interested in TFOT, but I donīt understand what version I have to buy:

1. http://iticsoftware.com/tfot -> version 3.0, but with good result, is this with version 3: http://www.myfxbook.com/members/iticsoftware/expert-advisor-toft/65539 ??
2. http://iticsoftware.com/expert-advisors/scalping-forex/expert-advisor-tfot -> version 1.0 ?!?
3. or here: http://iticsoftware.com/tfot6/ -> version 8.0 or 6.0 ?!?

Which version of this EA do I need to perhaps achieve the result at 1.?

Yeah the iticsoftware website is full of outdated versions of TFOT and is not newbie friendly. I think the actual version is TFOT 8.0, but before you spend your money i suggest that you look at my demo forward test.

@Coy0te
That doesnīt look good.   :-\

I donīt know why, but I have the feeling that the first versions are not to bad. Because the results I could find are satisfying,
But if they have coded their EA like their homepage then goodbye ...

I worked with TFOT on a live account during a 30 day trial and at the time my live results were far removed form both the vendor's public account and the Forex Verified demo. As a result I canceled on the last day of the 30 day trial. I do not recall which version of TFOT this was. It was over a year ago.

Well the ea at least is well coded, thats not the problem, what i dont like is that you get very different results depending on the broker you choose, i will give the ea a few more months to see if it recover from the current drawdown and if thats not the case i will drop it as an expensive mistake.

As far as I'v read in several forums this EA is a copy of an early version of Forex Combo System. The comments are that the people behind this site are one of the biggest thefts of an intellectual property in the EA industry.

Just check what Birt (eareview.net) says about this:

Quote
Well, I decompiled and compared the code and it’s very clear that TFOT is copied from an older Forex Combo System (v2.42 if I remember correctly). So, what does this mean? It means the 3rd strategy in FCS is not that good and it also means that the updates that were applied to FCS in the meantime did not have a positive effect.

Finally, I’m sorry but despite its very good performance, I don’t want to get involved with promoting a product that was as good as stolen.
