Failure to download data

I am trying to do a back test with EurChf using broker FXCBS. I try to download data from History and get the error msg "There are no new data for symbol EurChf" Only an OK button is available. Usually I get the error msg and a RECALCULATE button is also available.
Why Cannot I download the data?

Finally got the data to download with ALPAR (US). However, when I attempted a 3 year back test I came up with an empty graph and empty results. Tried different times. Same results. Went carefully over my setups and cannot find any problems.
Any ideas?

What does it say in the "journal" tab? There will be some kind of error there i guess....? Backtests are a bit temperamental :-)

Hi, this is unrelated to the above, but could I have some advice on what causes an MT4 to crash? I'm trying to beta-test an EA but when I load it the MT4 screen appears for a couple of seconds then disappears. I've tried reinstalling but it stilll happens.

Probably the EA was compiled on a later build of mt4 than what you are trying to run it on. If your mt4 is not up to date, try updating it and see if that helps.
