setting up myfxbook

I'd like to use myfxbook, and maybe I'm being stupid here,  I've signed up and filled in the details asked but I can't find where or how to link my account to my MT4 platform/account, even though I've looked through the FAQ etc    Can someone give me a quick rundown on it please.

Hello Julian,

Simply go to the "settings" page by clicking the "settings" button on the top right corner of the screen after you login, then select "add account" and fill all the information for your account, then configure the metatrader 4 publisher. The login username will be the number shown for the account on the settings page and the password your myfxbook password. You can also use the myfxbook EA which has a detailed explanation within the troubleshooting section. After you start posting statements the account will update in a few minutes. I hope this helps you add your account

In the MT4 publisher window there are a few other things needed:

Account - would this also be the account number shown on the myfxbook settings page?
FTP server - would this be 'ftp.myfxbook.com' ?
FTP path - ?
FTP login - the account number from the myfxbook settings page.
FTP password - my myfxbook password.

Feeling a bit dumb right now.  Hope you can help.

Account - the account number displayed in metatrader 4
FTP server - ftp.myfxbook.com
FTP path - /
FTP login - the account number from the myfxbook settings page.
FTP password - my myfxbook password.

Is it possible to get the EA:s showing like that, curves for each EA if you have only one MT4 application open?
The chart is showing curves for 15 EA:s. Or is it only possible with 15 MT4 applications opened at the same time?
